2. Services Provided

U Quran Tutors offers:

  • Online Quran classes with Tajweed

  • Quran memorization (Hifz) programs

  • Noorani Qaida for beginners

  • Quran Tafsir and Translation courses

  • Arabic language and Islamic studies

Our services are available worldwide and designed for students of all ages.


FEE STRUCTURE AND SCHEDULE

Each class will be 30 minutes while Hifz Class will be 45 minutes

3. User Responsibilities

When registering with U Quran Tutors, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

  • Attend scheduled classes on time.

  • Respect tutors and maintain proper classroom etiquette.

  • Use our services only for lawful and educational purposes.

4. Class Scheduling & Attendance

  • Classes are scheduled based on mutual availability of tutors and students.

  • Students may request rescheduling in advance if they are unable to attend.

  • Repeated absence without notice may result in suspension of classes.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Students must pay fees as per the selected package (weekly/monthly).

  • All fees are non-refundable, except in cases where classes cannot be provided by U Quran Tutors.

  • Failure to pay fees on time may lead to suspension or termination of classes.

6. Trial Classes

We offer free trial classes so students can experience our teaching style before enrolling in regular sessions. After the trial, continuation requires fee payment as per the selected package.

7. Certificates of Achievement

Students who successfully complete their Quran courses may receive a certificate of achievement as recognition of their learning and progress.

8. Limitation of Liability

While U Quran Tutors ensures quality teaching and professional service, we are not responsible for:

  • Internet issues, power failures, or technical problems on the student’s side.

  • Any misuse of our services by users.

  • Outcomes beyond the scope of teaching (e.g., personal practice or application outside class).

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal data (name, email, contact details) will be kept private and used only for academic and administrative purposes. For details, please see our Privacy Policy page.

10. Termination of Service

U Quran Tutors reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Fees are unpaid.

  • Students violate classroom rules.

  • There is misuse or misconduct toward tutors or staff.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
